Crafted with meticulous care by Georgie and her team, the Georgia Dale W.S. Chardonnay exudes elegance and depth.
The Chardonnay hails from the cool-climate vineyards of Yea Valley in Victoria's Upper Goulburn region, which was matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 12 months. The W.S. was created from a single barrel that stood out.
With its ample weight and richness, it unveils layers of stone fruit, nectarine, citrus, and melon flavours, promising graceful evolution with age. A special one off release with only 280 bottles produced and exclusive to Wine Simple.
This standout Shiraz boasts deep red hues, crafted through traditional techniques like open fermentation and basket pressing, and matured in American Oak for 24 months with each sip echoing McLaren Vales' finest hour.

The Torzi Matthews Schist Rock Shiraz 2022, from the Eden Valley in Barossa, is a celebration of the region's distinct terroir and winemaking finesse.
