Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery (Australia)

Free Shipping over $180

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $180 delivered to eligible Australian addresses (see exclusions below).

Flat-rate shipping

For orders under $180, we charge a $20 flat-rate shipping fee to eligible Australian addresses.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Australian addresses in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and ACT.
Tasmania & Northern Territory: We don’t offer checkout shipping to TAS or NT at this time. If you’re in Tasmania, email us at info@winesimple.com.au for a shipping quote. NT orders are not available due to delivery and legislative restrictions in some areas.

Dispatch time (handling time)

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery timeframes (transit time)

After dispatch, most deliveries arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier networks.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be impacted by carrier delays, weather events, peak periods (e.g. Christmas), or remote/regional routing.

Tracking & delivery

  • You’ll receive tracking once your order has been dispatched.

  • Wine deliveries may require signature on delivery and ID checks in line with RSA requirements and carrier policies.

  • If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may take the parcel to a local collection point or arrange re-delivery.

No same-day delivery

We do not currently offer same-day delivery.

Late delivery / carrier delays

We work with Australia Post and other courier partners. While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, late delivery does not automatically entitle cancellation once the order has been dispatched.


Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Wine Simple supports responsible service of alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18+.
Our carriers may apply an ID25 policy and can refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid proof of age where required.


Optional: Restricted/remote postcodes

Some remote or restricted postcodes may not be serviceable. If an order is placed to a location we cannot deliver to, we’ll contact you and arrange an alternative option or process a refund.
