How do I choose a white wine?
For crisp, zesty refreshment try Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc. For rounder, textural whites choose Chardonnay (oaked = creamier), or Pinot Gris for pear/spice richness (Grigio is lighter/crisper). SSB/SBS blends add citrus drive and texture. Use our tasting notes to match your style and budget.
Pinot Gris vs Pinot Grigio — what’s the difference?
Same grape, different styles. Pinot Gris is usually riper and rounder (pear, spice, sometimes a touch of sweetness). Pinot Grigio tends to be leaner and more citrus–mineral, built for refreshment.
Serving temperature & storing an opened bottle?
Serve 6–8 °C for Riesling/Sauvignon; 8–10 °C for Pinot Gris/Grigio & Semillon; 10–12 °C for oaked Chardonnay. After opening, re-cork and refrigerate: crisp whites 2–3 days; richer/oaked styles 3–4 days.
