Select parcels of Chardonnay from premium Hunter Valley vineyards were fermented and matured in French oak to enhance structure and mouthfeel. The wine’s fruit purity takes centre stage—peach, grapefruit and white nectarine layered with soft, creamy oak texture. Liz Silkman’s hallmark precision and balance are evident, crafting a wine that captures freshness and poise with minimal intervention.
