The 2026 Bin 51 was made to capture the precision and purity of Eden Valley Riesling. Stainless steel maturation keeps the focus on aromatic lift, citrus freshness and mineral acidity rather than oak influence.
The wine shows floral notes, citrus blossom, ginger spice, lemongrass, lime zest, finger lime, lemon sherbet, yuzu and crisp green apple, with bright acidity giving the wine length and tension.
