Bright Hunter Chardonnay with poise and restraint. From a small parcel in Pokolbin, Silkman’s 2023 Estate Chardonnay balances elegance and texture in a contemporary Hunter style.

Aromas of ripe melon, preserved citrus peel and white peach lead the glass, layered with hints of flint and delicate oak spice. The palate delivers nectarine, pineapple and subtle cream with a refined minerality and a long, lemony finish.

Fermented in French oak with minimal new barriques and matured on lees to add gentle weight without sacrificing the bright fruit expression.
