A bottle of Hatch Wines Eden Valley Flaxmans Riesling 2023, showcasing a premium cool-climate Riesling from the Eden Valley’s Flaxman’s subregion.

Eden Valley riesling from Flaxman Valley. Pale with green flashes in the glass and aromas of wonderfully perfumed, freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit tones with hints of mineral salts, Christmas lily, frangipani, crushed quartz, lavender and distant hints of marzipan and fennel tops. Pure and true with just a touch of textural pith, sapid mineral-rich acidity and a long draw on the finish. Good cellaring potential here.

About the Wine Region: Eden Valley

Flaxman’s Valley, a subregion located on the eastern slopes of the Barossa Ranges, sits at an altitude of nearly 250 metres above the Barossa floor.
