The Reserve Chardonnay is crafted only in standout vintages from select high-quality Hunter parcels. Hand-picked fruit undergoes whole-bunch pressing and wild fermentation in fine-grained French oak. Partial malolactic fermentation and extended lees stirring enhance texture and depth, while careful oak integration maintains balance and freshness. The 2023 season offered pristine fruit and perfect natural acidity—ideal conditions for this style.
