The 2023 Reserve Semillon draws from two of the Hunter Valley’s most esteemed vineyards—Blackberry (70%) and Murphy (30%). Fruit was hand-picked early in the season to retain vibrant acidity and aromatic precision. Gentle pressing and cold fermentation preserve the variety’s natural delicacy. No oak, no fining, and minimal intervention allow the purity of fruit and site to shine. This Reserve bottling represents the pinnacle of Silkman’s Semillon craft: structured, poised and made to last.
