Shipping costs have increased across Australia. Wine Simple absorbs a large portion of shipping costs on most orders — keeping delivery simple and predictable for you.
Tasmania shipping is not available at checkout due to higher freight costs. If you’d like to order, email info@winesimple.com.au and we’ll provide a delivery quote and process the order separately.
Due to legislation and dry-area restrictions in parts of the NT, we do not offer NT shipping rates at checkout. If you are outside restricted/dry areas, email info@winesimple.com.au with your postcode and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible and provide options.
We partner with Australia Post and selected national couriers. Our goal is simple: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Some locations may be faster.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays). Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
We do not offer same day delivery.
Tracking is provided once your order is lodged with the carrier. Delivery is deemed to occur when goods are delivered to your nominated delivery point.
Late delivery: We regret that late delivery does not enable you to cancel your purchase.
We deliver almost everywhere in Australia and shipping is generally split into Metro and Regional routes. If you are in a remote area and would like certainty on timing/cost, please contact us for a quote before ordering: info@winesimple.com.au.
If a delivery is accepted and later found to fall outside available courier routes or restrictions, we may need to cancel and refund the order in full.
Wine Simple is committed to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). It is against the law to provide or supply alcohol to a minor (including secondary supply).
We work with Australia Post and couriers that follow age-verification procedures for alcohol deliveries. If the receiver appears under 25, ID may be requested to confirm the receiver is over 18 (ID25 guideline).
South Australia: additional signed declarations and ID details may be required for alcohol deliveries, in line with carrier policy.
The carrier may refuse delivery if the receiver appears intoxicated, in line with safe service of alcohol guidelines and regulatory requirements.
By confirming the Over 18 prompt and/or placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
Delivery is available within Australia only. Some regions and postcodes may be restricted due to carrier limitations, legislation, or dry-area rules.
