Crafted with meticulous care by Georgie and her team, the Georgia Dale W.S. Chardonnay exudes elegance and depth.
The Chardonnay hails from the cool-climate vineyards of Yea Valley in Victoria's Upper Goulburn region, which was matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 12 months. The W.S. was created from a single barrel that stood out.
With its ample weight and richness, it unveils layers of stone fruit, nectarine, citrus, and melon flavours, promising graceful evolution with age. A special one off release with only 280 bottles produced and exclusive to Wine Simple.

Georgia Dale
Georgia began her winemaking journey in the Yarra Valley at Domaine Chandon, working in the production of wine. It was there over 3 years that Georgia truly discovered a passion for Blanc de Blancs and sparkling.
Furthering her education, she then focused on still wine at Helens Hill and was chosen to participate in the young winemaking program at No.7.
Sourcing in Heathcote, Shiraz grapes. I made my first commercial Southern Rhone style Syrah. Doors then opened, guiding Georgia down an exciting path in sparkling wine, firstly Schramsberg vineyards in the Napa Valley, California, famous for their prestigious Blanc de Blancs, the President's wine, served at the White House since Richard Nixon 1972.
Georgia then returned to Australia to work with the great Kate Laurie at Deviation Rd in the Adelaide Hills, one of Australia’s best sparkling producers. Working alongside Kate in every facet of the production of her wine took Georgia's winemaking skills to another level.
These days, you'll find Georgia back in the Yarra Valley where she was offered a small vineyard, 30 year old Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in need of love.
