Henschke Marble Angel Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Deep crimson with ruby hues. Lifted aromas of dark bramble and black cherry with subtle notes of cedar, crushed fresh herbs, bay leaf, violets and sandalwood. An intense and layered palate of cherry, blackcurrant, cassis, savoury herbs and bay leaf, with excellent balance, length and fine-grained tannins. 2021 vintage was viewed as exceptional in the Barossa Region. 100% single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon grown at Light Pass in the Barossa Valley, planted in the late 1970s.
Decanting is recommended.
Henschke Tappa Pass Shiraz 2021
The 2021 Henschke Tappa Pass Shiraz is highly regarded for its quality and character. Elegant, rich, balanced and tremendous length. A special wine indeed. 100% shiraz from up to 70 year-old, low-yielding vines grown in the Barossa (Eden Valley and Barossa Valley regions). Henschke outline the Tappa Pass profile as, dark crimson with violet hues. Fragrant aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, blueberries, rose petal, anise, mace, with hints of black pepper, cedar, sage and charcuterie. The palate is rich, plush and complex with blue fruits, mulberry, violets and plum, balanced by layers of fine velvety tannins delivering great depth and length.

Henschke Johanne Ida Selma Blanc de Noir MD 2022
This is special sparkling wine that has been blended with 23 vintages, including those that have been on lees in the bottle for 23 years. Ranging from 1997 (the very first year that the Henschke's set out to make sparkling) to 2020. Pale straw-gold with green hues. Fragrant aromas of citrus blossom and white peach are complemented by creamy notes of almond, toasted brioche and shortcrust pastry. A generous and complex palate of white nectarine, grapefruit pith, crème brûlée and roasted cashew are beautifully balanced by crisp, mineral acidity and a very fine bead for a long, fresh finish.
