From old-vine Grenache to silky, cool-climate Shiraz, this is a warming winter journey through Barossa and Hunter. No filler—just three wines we proudly back.

  1. Louis & Pax Shiraz 2021 (Barossa Valley, SA)

    • Tasting Notes: Deep purple hue with aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, mocha, and subtle oak. The palate is full-bodied, showcasing velvety tannins and rich fruitiness, complemented by notes of liquorice, cedar, and leather.

  2. Silkman Hunter Valley Shiraz 2023 (Hunter Valley, NSW)

    • Tasting Notes: A modern take on a classic, this Shiraz offers aromas of cherries and mulberries layered over dried spice and toasty oak. 

  3. Yelland & Papps Old Vine Grenache 2022 (Barossa Valley, SA)
