Crafted with meticulous care by Georgie and her team, the Georgia Dale W.S. Chardonnay exudes elegance and depth.

The Chardonnay hails from the cool-climate vineyards of Yea Valley in Victoria's Upper Goulburn region, which was matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 12 months. The W.S. was created from a single barrel that stood out.

With its ample weight and richness, it unveils layers of stone fruit, nectarine, citrus, and melon flavours, promising graceful evolution with age. A special one off release with only 280 bottles produced and exclusive to Wine Simple.

Winemaker's Notes

Fruit selected from a special vineyard in the cool climate Upper Goulburn wine region of Victoria. I had several barriques of Chardonnay, but over the 12 months of maturation there was one barrique that constantly stood out, it was special. I decided to create a barrel release and name it W.S. after a person who has helped me to create Georgia Dale Wines.
