Winemaker's Notes

Georgia Dale Pinot Noir:
A true expression of cool-climate Pinot Noir, this wine delivers silky tannins, bright cherry, and hints of earthy spice. A portion of the wine was aged in French oak, adding subtle structure without overpowering the delicate fruit.

Hoddles Creek Pinot Noir:
Sourced from the heart of the Yarra Valley, this Pinot Noir is elegant and refined, with layers of red fruit, soft tannins, and a long, lingering finish. Fermented with wild yeast and aged in old oak barrels, it offers complexity with restraint.

Scanlon Estate Pinot Noir:
Vibrant and fruit-forward, this Pinot Noir bursts with fresh strawberry, raspberry, and cherry notes, balanced by a hint of spice. The wine was aged in neutral oak to preserve the purity of fruit, making it an approachable yet elegant choice.

Cellaring Recommendations

These Pinots are drinking beautifully now, but with their balanced acidity and fine tannins, they will continue to develop for 3 to 7 years. With some cellaring, expect deeper, more complex earthy and savoury notes to emerge, while the fruit remains vibrant.
